GFRP Meshes & Grids

Pre-fabricated Reinforcement for Faster Construction

Ready-to-install, highly durable fiberglass grids designed to reinforce concrete flatwork, shotcrete, and masonry structures rapidly.

Product Overview

Efficient, Lightweight Flatwork Reinforcement.

GFRP Meshes are pre-fabricated grids of intersecting glass fiber rods. They offer a highly efficient alternative to tying rebar on-site or using heavy steel welded wire mesh (WWM). Ideal for driveways, parking lots, warehouse floors, and pre-cast concrete elements, our meshes save enormous amounts of installation time while providing the same unparalleled corrosion resistance as our rebars.

Advantages

Key Benefits

Discover why our GFRP solutions outperform traditional materials in every category.

Rapid Installation

Pre-tied grids mean significantly less labor time on site compared to tying individual rebars.

Zero Rust Stains

Ensures architectural concrete and stamped concrete remain pristine without rust bleeding.

Easy to Handle

A single worker can easily carry large sheets of GFRP mesh.

Crack Control

Excellent at mitigating temperature and shrinkage cracks in large slabs.

Built to perform in the world's most demanding environments.

Flatwork & Slabs

Flatwork & Slabs

Driveways, sidewalks, and architectural concrete.

Precast Concrete

Precast Concrete

Thinner, lighter precast panels due to reduced concrete cover requirements.

Shotcrete & Tunneling

Shotcrete & Tunneling

Easily applied reinforcement for curved tunnel walls.

Process

Manufacturing & Quality

A rigorous, state-of-the-art production process ensures every product meets exacting global standards.

01

GFRP rebars are pultruded and cut to exact panel dimensions.

02

Bars are arranged into the specified grid pattern.

03

Intersections are bonded using high-strength industrial resins or specially designed mechanical clips.

04

Panels are inspected for dimensional accuracy and joint strength.

05

Stacked and strapped for efficient transport.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most common questions about this product.

Due to the high stiffness and strength of GFRP, it is supplied strictly in flat panels or sheets, not in rolls like some thin wire meshes.

Yes, once properly supported on chairs, standard GFRP mesh (6mm and above) is strong enough to support the weight of workers during the pour.
