How It's Made

Manufacturing Process

From basic materials to the final product, we make our rods using a simple but highly effective method to guarantee absolute strength.

Choosing the Best Materials

We start by carefully picking the strongest glass threads and a special liquid glue (resin). By using only the best ingredients, we make sure our rods will never rust and will last a lifetime.

Mixing Glass with Glue

Next, we take the glass threads and pull them through a bath of our special glue. This step makes sure every single thread is completely covered and soaked, locking them tightly together.

Heating and Shaping

The soaked threads are then pulled through a very hot shaping tool. The heat bakes the liquid glue until it turns solid, shaping the threads into a perfectly round and incredibly strong rod.

Making the Surface Rough

To make sure our rods grip tightly to cement, we can't leave them smooth. We add a rough sand coating or wrap them with a thick thread to create deep bumps, just like traditional iron rebars.

Once the strong rods are fully baked and textured, we use special diamond-blade machines to cut them. We cut them exactly to the length you need for your construction project.

Final Strength Testing

Before we send anything out, we test the rods in our lab. We try to stretch, bend, and break them to prove they are much stronger than iron and completely safe for your buildings.

Finally, we tie the finished rods together tightly and wrap them safely. Because they are so much lighter than iron, they are very easy to load onto trucks and deliver straight to your site.
